(False) Aïoli sauce preparation or garlic mayonnaise:- Place the yellow from 1 egg and 1 full egg with its white liquid in a deep container convenient for the mixer.- Add +50% the egg volume of olive oil.- Salt.- Mix the whole thing, adding simultaneously a thin olive oil trickle, until you get a thick consistency. Usually the thickness is obtained when you have added a total oil volume equivalent to the egg volume.Le tour est joué!In fact it is not the true "aïoli", but a garlic mayonnaise.
