Many of my friends connected to me in the blogs wonder how I just open up the fridge, pull out random foods and cook without a recipe or a plan. The answer is... I don't know how I do it, I just DO it. Here is an example of a late night snack that I just whipped up... at random!

Dec 25, 2011 - Re. your interesting cooking method: I subscribe to NancyToday's Channel here on YT, and I've noticed that she cooks by a formula very similar to yours, using whatever sounds like it would go well together, or if she doesn't have a specific item she's looking for, Nancy just substitutes with something else. Kinda' scary, I think, but interesting, all the same. Merry Christmas!
