It is an omelette made with potatoes and an onion. This video shows and explains the first step for cooking a spanish omeltte, "tortilla espaƱola". The first step consists in making the minced potatoes brown in olive oil with the onion, low fire. Condiment with salt (black pepper).This initial cooking is carried out at low fire, the potatoes shall remain soft once cooked, not creaky, and olive oil saturated. They cook approximately 15 mns minimum, up to 20 mns depending on quantity and your fire intensity.
