They will burn it to get rid of the hair.. then the cutting and cooking , as shown in this pictures follows."Most pigs are given by friends and relatives, as a tradition , the head of the pig is returned to the giver as a sign of appreciation"Batang = traditional way of cooking meat. No spices needed. Just Pure Meat boiled over a long period of time. Boiled together with pig's intestines and other internal organs. Once cooked, just decide your own spice. Put some salt or chili.
