Jan 5, 2012 - There are a few things you can try to make sure that your chicken breasts always come out juicy and tender. The first is to make sure you add enough liquid to the slow cooker. Slow cookers heat from the sides (not bottom), so you want to make sure that the food and liquid reach up to at least half way up the sides. Some favorite liquids I add with chicken: broth, wine, salsa (you can water it down) and diced tomatoes with the juice in.

Jan 5, 2012 - You can experiment with things like salad dressing, watered down. The second tip is to try using breasts with the bone in. I know there is more work in taking out the bones, but you'll be surprised in the difference in moisture from split breasts to boneless breasts.
